Karve on Broadway

I’m at my wits’ end living here. I don’t get a single day of peace. Every day my upstairs neighbors are dropping things over my head at all hours of the day and night, stomping around constantly. The walls here are incredibly thin, but it comes to a point where you know people are under you and you should be aware of the nose your nmaking. I’ve called security between 1–4 a.m. so many times that the security team remembers my voice. My upstairs neighbors are so loud that the people next to me can hear them and sometimes beat on their walls back at them. I’m basically stuck in between never-ending pounding on my walls. The office refuses to do anything about it, even though I’ve provided countless videos as evidence. The only “solution” offered is demanding that if I want a transfer, I hav

Where do i start? I love living here. The rooftop pool, and the dog wash is super convenient. I love the staff here, theyre always super helpful. And I dont know what I would do without the package lockers.. I order wayy too much not to have something like that. Dont look any further than Karve on Broadway. You wont regret it.

Krave at Broadway is an amazing place to live. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The management team is friendly, professional, and always helpful, making communication easy and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the community feels safe and well cared for. The location is also a huge plus — convenient and close to everything. I moved into Cottonwood Broadway Apartments in February 2024 and enjoyed my apartment, in the beginning. The views from the balcony were nice as were the amenities such as the pool and hot tub area. The building itself is newer and the units are spacious with nice appliances and hardwood floors. The Good: Location downtown is in a nicer area and lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. The proximity to TRAX is very convenient. Leasing Agent LaShawn was always so nice and personable and I always enjoyed seeing her in the lobby. She is an asset to Cottonwood Broadway. The 2 cleaners who maintain the building do an incredible job keeping the common areas and hallways clean, are visible throughout the day and always spoke in passing. Beautiful spaces and wonderfully responsive management company. They know my name and my dog’s name and are always helpful. Whatever issues that were here with the previous company have been resolved 1000 times over.
