Karl-Ferris Apartments

I've lived here since 2016. Any issue we have maintenance is pretty fast. Bugs don't exist here, if you have any sightings they will come spray. They have been very good to us and the apartments are a great size especially for a 1br. The courtyard gets a little loud with kids in the summer but that just means it's a safe place is how I take it. Only issue is I wish there were cameras in the parking lot, because like everywhere else cars are getting broken into. Other than that it's a great place to live. Close to the grocery store too!!

I have been renting with Karl ferris almost for 6 months. Best and safe affordable housing in the central Ohio. Jessie property manager is always respectful to tenants. Maintenance is quick and super fast, I do recommend this Apartments. Thank you for providing best and safe housing.

I have resided at Karl Ferris apartments for over 2 years now, in fact just moved from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. Both the leasing agent and maintenance team are AWESOME and they respond and reply when called upon. I applaud their efforts and timeliness when ever I have attempted to reach out. The complex is diversified and they attempt to make sure the place stays clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to friends or family.

I used to live in these apartments love having a street view only problem was parking and not always having a parking spot. Assigned parking would be great.
