Karen is a very nice lady and a professinal agent. Recently, we hired her as our agent in purchasing a condo house. In the whole procedure, she demonstrated her high quality in customer service in helping us to search and tour those houses available and met our need, to answer question about house condition and to point out possible issues and to provide advice and solution.
