Karen is an excellent real estate agent. She's represented me for two home purchases and one sale over the course of fifteen years. I like her style which is friendly and personable but also tough and persistent when advocating her client's position. She's always quick to respond to calls/texts/emails as well as being punctual and well prepared for all appointments. Other areas of strength include her experience in the market and ability to provide detailed numbers, sales, and trend analysis.

I have purchased 2 homes with Karen being my agent. I am the type of client that i feel can almost be pestering, but no matter what time (or how many times) i texted and called; she'd pick up or not hesitate on any aspect.
