It was a living hell… Trash all over the place. Lots of rats and mices and complex doesnt do anything about it. I placed a notification the AC wasnt working they went three months later. I had to take care of pest control because when they sent the pest control company, the guy recommended enclosing the building and in leasing office they said owners wasnt going to pay because it was to expensive. I tried getting out but they wouldnt cancelled my lease even knowing the situation with pest and mold in the AC unit. DONT RENT HERE!!! if I could give the 0 star I would. 👎🏻

He did a great job in my apartment with talking to him for five minutes personally I discussed all the issues I’ve been having in my apartment. He took the initiative to finish what he was doing and to put me on top priority considering I was dealing with a lot and the maintenance order that I had to cook were not being done or even looked at. This is the worst apartment I ever lived. They are preparing the apartment nextdoor me for rent and the maintenance workers left the mess they made. The have no respect for other tenants. I reported it to the office and nothing was done about it. They are very nasty and messy here. I already have to deal with rat infestation which they do nothing about. I live here 3 years and I will never sign another lease here. Don't move here you will regret it. All they care about is collecting our money

I’m standing outside the office door calling and watching them ignore the call. After I paid $150 no explanation was giving as to why I’m denied after being reinsured that based on everything provided I will be accepted. There’s literally other ways to make money, I’m a single mother of 3 trying to find a place to live and you guys scammed me out of $150 for what ?? I have a good credit score, provided bank statements, with no evictions there’s no reason.
