I moved out in December, and despite passing my move-out inspection in excellent condition, I was charged over $400 for cleaning and painting. When I requested an itemized invoice, they were unable to provide proper documentation. In addition, they deducted “estimated” utility charges from my security deposit for periods going as far back as July, instead of providing actual metered usage. I formally requested the actual meter readings and clarification, but I never received any response. Communication with management has been extremely poor. So, I moved out September and my lease ended December, but I paid my rent until lease end. The leasing office was aware of this. Non the less they gave me an estimate of the utility bill that was inflated from July to December and it was over $1000 even though I wasn’t occupying the unit for 4 months. They refused to change the estimate or read the actual meter for the utilities because they said the lease agreement allowed them to make estimates and go with those estimates. My place got broken into and nobody is doing anything about it. It is certainly an inside job. Who would have a key to open the door? lol yall are incompetent. dont move in here.

If I could give it zero stars I would, 1 my husband’s electric bike got stolen and we asked the security guard to see the cameras but he refused, 2. our package was opened, they never respond to emails, 3. and now they are charging me a lump sum utility bill for $1153! Why wasn’t it part of the monthly bill? They saying from July to December I was paying everything along with my rent, and 543 for cleaning and paint for moving out which is normal wear and tear, our security deposit was $2799 and they saying they only giving us back $800. I would not move here, their communication sucks, the billing is suspicious. Regretting ever moving there.

This building is just scammers, scammed us out of our deposit charged us $1153 electric bill in December when we had moved out September. We asked for a break down and the leasing manager is not responding to the emails my wife is sending. Do not move in this building absolutely ridiculous and the building is not safe too many theft going on and bad communication and everything is always broken.
