If you are looking to rent from a company please do your research and rent from somewhere else. My apartment had mold and mildew. With which Shiva knew about. I was also harassed by Shiva. Shiva sometimes goes under the name Cognitive Realty. Paperwork consistently says two different names. Shiva called my job and lied. Shiva practiced poor business ethics and refused to follow legal protocol. They refused to even follow direct court orders. Shiva has done the same to previous tenants. I leased a condo on Kudrow lane and it was the worst mistake of my life. I have also turned shiva in to the real estate license commission and the BBB. The amount of stress I faced living there was unbelievable. Buyer beware.
