Two words, Life Savers! Moved down to the West Palm area for work with very short notice. Because I was out of state, I had to rely on Kanga to find me a place with all of my specifications without me being there. Needless to say they nailed it. They were extremely proactive, I never had to follow up with them, they would follow up with me. Nice for a change. I hate most real estate companies. I'm the kind of person who knows what they want and knows how to find it. When I was looking for a place in Palm Beach, I was referred to Kanga by a friend. Horrible decline in customer service since there is a whole new staff for the palm beach county location. Used them a few years ago and absolutely loved the service. Recently reached out to them looking for another great turn out and I am truly disappointed with the way the realtors treat and unprofessionally handle situations. Once a realtor is assigned they will not return calls instead will text you late hours of the night and barely respond once you text back. After showings (if you get that far) will disappear without any information or contact. This has happened to myself and a few of my friends who used to love this company as well. If they do not want to deal with helping you they will pass your number around the office to different realtors who will also ignore you. Through the ye
