Nearly half of my $1500 deposit was taken out! Honestly, if they had given me back 2/3 of the deposit, I wouldn't have complained. I could have hired professional cleaners for less, but I was confident I could do the job myself. Guess not. Larry is nice enough, and the people working for him are nice to your face, but there was an issue in the past where they were not shredding confidential information that was used for applications. If I could go lower in this rating I certainly would because They don’t deserve one star… When applying for approval at one of their management properties , staff and supervisor/owner refuse consideration to out-of-state buyers during Covid. They can only give preapproval which is not final approval unless the applicant can sit in their office and breathe their air and they can eyeball you . As a disabled woman that that uses a service dog as an accommodation, and has been told cannot fly due a medical frailty during this Covid/Delta variant time span… I asked for the consideration of FaceTime and was denied. My bid was in the purchasing process and because of their archaic policies, I am losing the house. How nice to be able to discriminate against disabled out-of-state applicants. Espe

These are not good people to give large deposits to.They will not return any of it.They literally lied and claimed items that didn’t exist on our move put. While a renter, we went weeks without heat during deep winter...they claimed it was the vendors’ fault for not fixing it and were rude when we’d call to ask for help. They treated us badly, as if we were subhuman for any complaints...even when my dad passed away and I had to cry and grieve in a freezing house! Criminals!!!

Very rude. And if you smoke they will not even let you fill out an application. Which is whatever, its not against the law. They should just make it well known and not let people waste time going in to fill out app. All craigslist posts should clearly state they will not rent to smokers.

Absolutely the worst rental company! Electrical issues from day 1 going on 8 months and they still have not fixed and or sent someone to look at them! Assuming someone is living with me and wrote me up!! No one is living with me. The owner of the place also rude and very disrespectful kinda like the red door owners l! Do NOT rent from these ppl!!!
