Kalon Luxury Apartments

Came in for a tour and Vanessa was by herself. She usually doesn't do the tours as she isn't a leasing agent but she was really helpful and friendly. She was upfront about everything from pricing to the application process. If I could give her and this complex more than five stars I would. I hope I can call this place my next home 💜

Super nice property and the office staff is 10/10!! (Danica, Vanessa & Jenna). The property is always clean and the fitness center and pool are very upscale. Definitely stop by and take a look 👌

I felt disappointed of how Kalon handles the Smarthome system installation. I emailed the Community Manager, Danica, for PTE (Permission to Enter) and rescheduling, but she said the contractor, Everon, doesn't accept rescheduling and she totally ignored my request of PTE. When I got home, my room has already been entered. There were also debris left on the floor, which was made by drilling the wall. I am considering not to rent for the next year because of the frustrating incident.

If dealing with rude front office staff, animal excrement in unkempt common areas, neighbors smoking so much weed and cigarettes (Kalon is supposedly non-smoking) that your apartment unit becomes smoky, your eyes water and you start coughing, then Kalon is the place for you! 😄 Addendum: The animal excrement incident occurred on a weekday NOT a weekend. I first reported it to the rude front office staffers shortly after 9 AM (office opens at 9 AM). After following up with the rude front office staffers another 2 times, the excrement was FINALLY *cleaned up just before noon 🕛 You would think that cleaning up excrement that was blocking the only elevator in the building would be a priority… But, I guess not 😜
