Kallisto at Bear Creek Apartments

I am very grateful for Ethan in the office of Kallisto at Bear Creek apartments. For more than a year Ethan has been successful helping me with challenges to make life much more pleasant. I have lived here for 3 years without any problems. It has been peaceful. I have enjoyed my time here until now. The apartment management had my vehicle towed for no reason, out of nowhere!!! The tow company said it was because my car had been in the same spot for an extended period rather than rotating to other spots. Ok???? And??? That does not violate any lease terms. My car was parked in a standard open spot. Yes, it stays in that single spot. I have several medical issues so I rarely drive my own car. My husband generally drives me as needed, but I still use mine for emergencies. That said, my own car is still operational (only a 2014 Honda), registered & up-to-date on tags, up-to-date on insurance, literally not breaking any lease terms whatsoever. I give this place 5 stars because of Jessica and Chris. Me and my partner have lived here for about 3 years. We had some issues with a neighbor and those two really advocated for us and helped us get to a better situation. Despite normal apartment issues, front desk has really helped us! Management is pretty on top of things as well. Love the amenities and my newest apartment.

I came in to get some information about the property on my lunch break and Ethan was very knowledgeable and helped me schedule a tour of some of the Floorplans I'm most interested in. The entire staff was really nice and from what I've seen of the property it's really well taken care of. Can't wait to come back for my tour and possibly start living here!

DO NOT RENT here. Rented here for 3 years, the first year or two was fine. Shortly after there were several times I put maintenance requests in that were marked as completed that were NEVER done. Plus weeks before my move out my apartment was flooded from a tenant above. They did not fix any part of my apt until we moved out. On top of that they took almost 90 days to finally send out the final statement for move out(far beyond CO's statute)and NO credit for the flood inconvenience we had to live with.
