Kalaco Apartments

Kalaco is a great place to call home. The property is inviting, warm and it feels like family here. The regularly planned resident events are fun, and it's nice to see the staff out and about around the property. A detail that I am most satisfied with is the overall appearance of the building. It's nice to come home or invite others over and arrive to a clean and orderly property. It's what sets this building apart from others in the area. The staff has been wonderful - from Jeffrey to Sharon to Paul to Merideth to Tim and to Angel - and even our wonderful housekeeping team. Thank you all for your attention to detail and for making sure our resident experience here is top notch!

Loved touring Kalaco Denver! The views of the city are absolutely stunning, and the building itself is modern and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, and it really stands out as one of the best properties I’ve seen in Denver.

My cat and I are very happy here! The location is really awesome for me as it's right across from campus. The accessibility has been really great and the main doors have access buttons which has been really helpful. The pool also has a lowering chair which is really massive for me as I can safely get in and out of the pool. Everyone has been super friendly, Paul and Meredith always wave and say hi, they're both super cool and helpful! I have enjoyed living here thus far.

Love Love Love this property. The location is amazing! You are accessible to so many restaurants and to downtown. Not to mention walking distance to fun holiday parades they have downtown every year. Jeff and his team are absolutely wonderful and so kind. Maintenance is awesome and always on top of requests and keeping the property beautiful!

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. A homeless person was legit sleeping in the hallway. Police were on my floor arresting someone this week too. Such a dangerous area
