Im truly troubled by management as the eviction and move out rate is high . Rules don't apply to all , it's personal in some cases . Hopefully you read this and FIRE management as the gustopo tactics and above all have no place in our society . Feel the pain you inflict on evictions, rent increases why you come and go as you please . It's hot a perfect place nore any but seasoned compassionate management Is asked . Get to know your tenants notices and evictions is truly heartless and hopefully you feel that pain I don't live there but a guest occasionally and see it all .... and it's truly gustopo immature management. Retain your people , work with them and your next tenants will be 10xs worse .. create a family or caring environment.

I've been here for 2 years now and am 3 months into my 3rd year. I have absolutely no complaints. The maintenance has been quick and knowledgeable the once or twice I've needed anything fixed. My AC went out, and Joe had the part he needed to fix it and had it fixed in a couple hours. Which was nice in the summer. My kids like coming over to swim in the pool, which is always in good shape. The manager is always there when I come in for whatever reason and is always attentive. Mostly quiet(my apartment faces the playground, so I expect a little racket from the kids, and I don't mind). I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I've been a resident since they've opened up my building in the complex. I've had mostly good experiences here. Its a smaller complex, so it's nice as far as getting in and out. I love my 1b 1b apartment size and it keeps really cool most the time which is super convenient in Texas. The office staff is always friendly.

Overall, this apartment complex is very clean and well maintained by janitorial staff. It is also very quiet, which I love because there's little to no noise when I’m working from home. It’s also perfect for young children because it has a playground pretty close and in all it's just a very convenient place to live in. I would highly recommend this for any first-time apartment buyers!

I have lived at Kaia Pointe for almost 4 years. It is a very well maintained complex. I have seen several managers come and go over the years, but their has been such a HUGE improvement since Athena began managing the complex. She is attentive, responsive, and wants the best for our community. Joe, our amazing maintenance guru, keeps the complex running and sparkling. It IS an apartment complex, so there will always be good neighbors and challenging neighbors, but management promptly addresses concerns. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars is due to the noise from Williams drive, and the challenge of some neighbors which will happen at any multi-family development. It is a smaller complex which I like as well. It is very convenient to all things Georgetown.
