My name is Jasmen. My daughter Alaylia, was a resident at your Carolina Creek Student Living Apartments. She was released from her lease on August 31,2025 in good standing. At that time the whole leasing department left. They had a new leasing manager come on. She has been absolutely horrible to my child. She is trying to make her pay on a lease that she was successfully let out of owing no monies. My daughter was a resident of the apartments for 3 years never late. She was injured by the ceiling collapsing on her not even 2 hours after your maintenance manager clear the job as completed. She was told she would be giving a gift certificate not to my knowledge but she accepted it. Today the regional manager said he’s not giving her anything!!! She been charged double rent but only occupied

My S/O worked with Corey and his team closely for a long time, they failed to provide her with the necessary resources to keep her property up to code as well as the support and training to properly handle Tennant situations and court matters. Here are some of the photos of her dilapidated property because of the refusal of upper management to supply her with adequate resources, vendors, or trained maintenance personnel. If you value your money, I recommend finding a company that values the quality of their investments.

Just wrapped up an educational weekend with the Kahuna Investments team. Corey and team are the real deal. No cloak and "upgrade to hear the real way" - they lay it all on the table. Great execution on a weekend seminar with tactical takeaways and opportunities to network and progress with fellow students! Highly recommend!

Slumlords. An apartment filled with mold, the air conditioning broken throughout the summer, sinks that won’t drain, a microwave that is disgusting, filthy living conditions, and management that will not return phone calls, reply to emails or attend the meetings they have agreed to attend. Their apartment should be condemned.

I've lived in Carolina Creek for about three years now. The first year, I had to threaten legal action for them to fix a leak in my roof that turned out to be rotted wood around the boot pipe in the roof. I still find evidence of water damage from other leaks that they refused to fix when they finally hired an actual roofing company to fix the first leak. There is a tarp on my roof that has been there the entire time I've lived there. All maintenance does for the water damage is to cover it up with paint. I've now gone about two months without a working dryer. We asked for a replacement, and after a month we got the one from the vacant unit next door. That one doesn't work either. We asked for a new one, and were told that there are no more dryers or washers in the vacant units because the
