Unknown & Uncaring Real Estate Agency! Very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. When I called to inquire about a property, the agent responded in text message in Spanish without first confirming if I spoke the language. Offering multilingual service is great, but assuming a prospect’s language is unprofessional. It also felt like they were discriminating- mainly interested in helping people who speak their preferred language rather than making an effort to communicate with all potential clients. Additionally, when I asked about a property that was already pending, there was no effort to assist further or suggest other listings—even after I mentioned I wasn’t working with a Realtor. A good agency should be proactive and helpful, but that was not my experience here. I

I have had the pleasure of working with k&a realty for approximately 8 years now. Not only have they been professional with all the work that goes on with each of my properties, but they have treated me like family. They are up front about issues, take care of anything that surfaces, and engage when truly needed. I feel I can trust them with everything I have given them so far which has led me to continue working with them in my most recent purchase (Dec 2021).
