K Leroy Irvis Towers

I just moved here in December 2019. There is a new property Manager (Robin Y.) and she is making some positive changes here. The maintenance staff members address problems quickly. So far I am happy to be living here.

I am very happy living on this high rise,there is even a store located on the Ground Level. The people living here are kind,helpfull & friendly for the majority. So glad I chose to live here in my older years.

This place is TERRIBLE! The property managemnt company should be ashamed of themselves. The AC in the building is a joke, non existing. It is so unfair that the tenants are expected to pay rent to live in a heat box! Throughout the building you can see the wave of heat in front of you. What is so sad, there are so many elderly tenants in the building with health issues. Many tenants if not all are AFRAID to speak up, so the just SUFFER in silence! This problem has been going on for years and for years nothing has been done. To be honest, I don't forsee the issue being corrected. It is INHUMANE, that people have to live in such conditions. With that being said, DO NOT LET YOU PARENTS, FRIENDS, RELATIVES MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THISNPLACE TO A HOMELESS PERSON!!!!!

I have only been here briefly but have found everybody including the staff and the other residents extremely extremely helpful And we all look after each other

We had the worst human being managing this building on earth Robin Y and her crew all of them are gone Thank God Arbors management stepped in and fired them Things are on the up swing now.
