Started the mortgage process with this company in 2024 , First of all, 1st conversation on the phone he told me that Me being a 1st time Home Buyer with the right factors which I had, I could get down payment assistance, I proceeded with this company, sent all documents that was needed to proceed with the loan, 1st property I was sent to was a manufactured/ mobile home labeled as a condominium, second property I was sent to manufactured/ mobile home labeled as a condominium, I paid the Home inspection, appraisal, on the 1st property both expensive, but I paid out of my pocket thinking I was getting this done, 1st property fell through FHA wouldn't approve labeled as a condominium, was sent to another property same situation on this property after I paid for the home inspection and apprai
