I love this building. I love the staff. I love our apartment. Flor is amazing; she is so kind and friendly and keeps everything so clean and tidy. Steven and the maintenance team are prompt, professional, and so knowledgeable when taking care of building issues. Emilee, Vera, and Christian in the front office always greet us with smiles and remain approachable and quick in dealing with guests. Kenny the manager is also such an amazing guy, so warm and helpful, and he runs a good team with aplomb. Basically, I love everyone in here and I would stay forever if I wasn’t poor.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Juxt Apartments overall. The location and community vibe are great, but what truly stands out is the on-site team. Chris, Emily, and Vera are exceptional — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make living here better. One example that really stood out: I accidentally dropped a bracelet between two floor tiles and couldn’t reach it. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they coordinated maintenance immediately — it was retrieved within the hour. That level of responsiveness and care is rare and very much appreciated. That said, some of the amenities could use more attention. The pool cues and foosball table have been broken for a while, and the trash chute still doesn’t work. They genuinely care about residents and go above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for everyone. A special shout-out to Emilee, who has provided the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping residents feel at home. We moved in recently. So far we are loving the apartment. We found the staffs at JUXT very helpful, hard working and genuine. In particular, we want to thank Vera who has been phenomenal to work with - from showing the apartment to making our move in a very smooth process. She went above and beyond in accommodating our request to replace the stove, which was functional but slightly damaged by previous tenants, before our move in date. The location is fantastic close to the lake, restaurants and grocery.

To say I love this apartment building and its amazing staff would be a complete understatement. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially Emilee, who has never once lost patience with me and my many requests. The team truly cares when you have a concern and works quickly to resolve it, which makes the building feel like a real community. Whether it’s Emilee and Chris always being down for a good yap session or Flor and I talking about family, the personal touches never go unnoticed. On top of that, they host incredible community events that my roommate and I absolutely love—from trivia nights and holiday parties to mimosas on the rooftop. I can always count on this team to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and an overall amazing living experience.
