I gotta say Just Right Property Management has been such a great company and they are always timely in supporting my needs as a tenant. From repairs, to inquiries and even when I was behind on rent during Covid. I've been a tenant for 12 years and they have never let me down. Cinnamon is the absoulte best. She responds to all my calls and emails and the service and repair contractors that help provide upkeep are super cool and they do a quality job keeping this home in great shape for my family to live in. No complaints here. Thanks guys!!

Watch out for these people, I did an application for a 1 bedroom here and was charged $30 for an application fee, they’re are supposed to give you a copy of the credit report that they run cinnamon did not do that nor was I notified of denial or acceptance. Lots of these places will charge you an application fee and not even pay to run your credit and just pocket your money, times are too hard right now to be scamming people out of their hard earned money , also a full report can be run for $25 I’ve learned this from an actual realtor anything else is trying to make a profit off your application . This property has been sitting for months and they’ve taken more than 20 applications and charged people with the property still sitting empty

I've been with JRPM for over 13 years. I've received prompt responses from Cinnamon and they worked with me after I lost my husband and income drastically reduced. Cinnamon is very knowledgeable about the business and also shows compassion when unexpected things arise. I plan to continue working with Cinnamon whether renting or purchasing.
