This rental company and their owner, Justin, have been the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. I rented a home from them post tornado and didn’t have time to do research, but the reviews speak for themselves. Justin gave half effort communication throughout the whole renting process when it came to issues, questions, concerns. I eventually contacted the owner of the house to help me get a response from Justin for guidance on the best way to address a repair in the house needed due to my mistake. I have 10 months worth of documented emails and texts receiving no response to the subject. But of course, the minute the owner reaches out, I receive a response from him. I also learned that he told the owner of the house a handful of lies about me and my character throughout the rentin

I could literally write a book about how WONDERFUL this company “Just Rentals LLC” has been for me and my family. I’ve been renting with this company for 7 months now and I don’t think I ever want to rent anywhere else. I encountered several issues with my unit when I first moved in due to the age of the equipment and normal wear and tear of things, and JUSTIN (the apartment complex manager) made sure everything was fixed within 24 hours. Justin goes above and beyond for his tenants to make sure our living experience is superior! He has worked after hours to make sure my family is taken care of and always answers the phone or calls back at a reasonable time. You can’t prevent problems but Justin surely will solve them with an upbeat and happy demeanor. If you’re looking for a place to rent

RENTERS BEWARE!!! I knew when this rental company took over the private property i was renting it would be hell per the reviews. From delays fixing the AC in the hottest of summers to jacking the rent up on a low value property my experience was all but pleasant but to be expected. I moved into a not so great spot but it was private and cheap. I’m sure the crooks will try and charge me for every flaw the place had when i moved into it. I finally move out and these crooks try to pin a missing refrigerator on me and charge me rent for the month knowing they’ll be taking at least 2 months to get the property ready for the next tenant. Mind you the property isn’t i the best of neighborhoods. They’ll squeeze any dime they can out of you. If you can afford it rent somewhere else!! RENTERS BEWARE

I have only positive things to say about this company. They are easy to work with in the leasing process. They take care of my maintenance requests quickly. Rented a house for 5 years and never had any issue and no issues with move out either. 10/10 would recommend renting from Just Rentals.
