Jurupa Royale Apartments

I’ve been here 2 months now and I’ve gotten my license plate stolen, management hasn’t fixed the light by my parking space. Fridge stopped working and 2 weeks no fridge and no update on my maintenance request. Roaches pass through, could be worse if we didn’t stay clean

I’ve been here 5 years and it’s been a little rough having to switch leasing managers so often because we really grow with them and then they are gone , I can surly tell u Iris, Jennifer and Clarissa have been some of the bare leasing agents! Since I’ve been here! I pray they get to stay because the care they have for us as tenants is unmatched, and also how fast they take care and are on top of things of they are is unmatched. The respect is there the urgency is there I love them ! They are keepers !!!!

I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office staff at Jurupa Royale Apartments — Clarissa, Iris, and Jennifer. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had. My experience so far has been exceptional, and I want to thank them for making that possible. It’s very much appreciated! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The new apartment manager here is completely unprofessional and does the bare minimum (if that). She spends most of her time sitting at a desk/walking around talking to residents like it’s recess at school while maintenance issues and community concerns are ignored. The property is not well maintained, and it's clear there's no real oversight happening. She also plays favorites with certain residents, letting some people break the rules while others get called out for the same things. It creates a really unfair and uncomfortable living environment. On top of that, she has sneaky, private conversations with certain tenants, which makes everything feel shady and untrustworthy. Management needs to seriously reevaluate who's in charge here.
