Iryna Talmachovachose to make a racist post on her social media. I had planned to work with her, and went to see some of her recent transactions on her socials. I as a black woman was shocked to see such a post right out of the gate. Very unprofessional to use her business page to spread hate, and it in turn is a reflection of her integrity and lack of professionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
