The worst!! Steve Skandy is the biggest liar and phony I have ever met! He sold us on a bill of goods that was inaccurate and basically lied about the services his company would provide. He knew how desperate we were to have a management company with experience and knowledge. He gave us a manager for our community by the name of Angelo that had been there for 3 weeks with no prior experience in the business. Poor Angelo as he was a deer in headlights as Steve was not training him or available to our community. When a member of our board went to the office for clarification of our budget he was rudely asked to leave ( keep in mind they said they had an open door policy) stating they needed that room. Debra sends out emails which are unprofessional containing misspellings, improper English and most of the time is laughable. In a correspondence from her, I took it as a threat from her to stop asking questions and talking to other residents relating to a Board members husband who cut down a tree on common property. Ethically, I don't think the management owner should live in the community, especially when he approves a landscaping contract for his neighbor to work in the same community.

After the initial impression which was good. In retrospect Jupiter was a horrible business to work with. I would never do business with them or anybody who worked with them.

Not a nice company to do business with. I dislike them so much that I have decided to sell my home. I will post more with pictures at a later date.

great management company - very responsive and easy to work with!
