I highly recommend working with Marvin David Effenson - and here’s why. I was relocating to Jupiter and extremely tight on time. I needed to 1) find a very specific type of place and 2) get a lease locked in within a few short days, which is a tall order. Marvin not only got it done, he made my “unique fact pattern” prioritized by my new landlord and the HOA. He was responsive late at night and early in the morning - and he followed up immediately when I missed anything. Marvin is a life saver! Thanks for all that you do. Great costumer care. I have worked with some RS agents previously but Leshia went above and beyond regarding my transaction. great communication and expertise despite my closing took longer than expected due to external factors. She was on top of everything at all times and will always answer my texts. Highly recommended.
