Nelson really stood out, and I felt that deserved to be said. He helped me when he didn’t have to, and he did it the right way—calm, respectful, and fully present. No attitude, no rushing, no shortcuts. Just genuine, old-school customer service that you don’t come across much anymore. He took the time to listen, explained things clearly, and handled everything professionally. It was obvious he takes pride in his work and understands that how you treat people matters just as much as doing the job itself. Nelson made a stressful moment easier simply by being solid, dependable, and respectful. That kind of professionalism leaves a lasting impression, and it’s something any organization should be proud to have on their team.

This building is in clear violation of City of Atlanta Chapter 74 ARTICLE IV Sec. 74-133 Time restrictions on landscape maintenance motorized devices. They have contractors use extremely loud motorized blowers starting well before 8am that disturb the peace and and sleep for those living in the vicinity.

The WORST! MOLD and MILDEW ON CARPETS! NO GATE! SORRY SECURITY and MANAGEMENT and CLEANING! Sad and in the heart of ATLANTA!

Super loud noise!! Turn off the leaf blower!! Or get one that doesn’t create all the noise pollution or use it later in the day.
