Juniper Springs Apartments

Excellent place to live! I have lived in JS for over 4 months, several things impressed me the most:1. convenient place for commute;2. fast response services;3. the community director Ashley Aldaco is highly responsible and patient,also very professional.

Not bad, pretty quiet and safe area. I would recommend it overall. Gym has been under renovation for months! Lots of smokers live in this apartment and there is no non-smoking policy, so people will light up right next to your window. There's a gap in my window, so smoke comes into the room. Maintenance is good and the managers are really nice. They'll answer maintenance requests quickly. The rooms are nice and large and there's a ton of storage space and closet space. There's a HEB conveniently close by.

I’ve lived in Juniper Springs Apartments for over 2 years now. I can say that it’s been my absolute favorite place to rent/live since I’ve been in Austin! The floor plans are awesome, location is great and Chelsea S. (Office Manager) has been absolutely amazing and has been in constant communication with me and makes sure all requests/concerns are met in a timely manner. I highly recommend these apartments, they’re the best in the west! :D

Wonderful staff with great customer service! Very direct and straight forward when we initially signed the lease and had questions/concerns. While we've lived here each request I've put in for any kind of repair has been dealt with in 24-48 hours. The price is great for Far West and the communal areas are well kept and clean. Definitely want to sign up for another year here.

Juniper Springs really is the best when it comes to concierge living, a gated community, and a safe place to call home! The staff are all amazing. Literally, they will go to any length to ensure your satisfaction. Angela is the sweetest and always makes sure you’re taken care of and comfortable. Also, maintenance is super fast. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be completed; normally it was completed the same day. Overall, this is a great community and definitely the best in Far West! Hands down!!
