Juneau Village Garden Apartments

I lived at the Juneau Village Garden Apts for just shy of 3 years. Managment was always responsive and maintenance was completed in a timely manner. I enjoyed having a huge patio with a great view. Temperature was always comfortable year round, with in-unit AC and thermostat for adjusting heat. I was lucky to have a parking spot in the underground garage also. The neighborhood is safe, walkable and there’s a stop for The Hop streetcar right outside the complex. Some of the only grocery stores in the area are within a block or two. Bonus green space and courtyard, which is a rare find!

If you like a good night sleep, and don't wanna be financially shamed, I wouldn't move here. Building is so hallow you hear everyone and everything that happens in the units surrounding you.. When concern of structural integrity is brought up the owner shames you for not owning a home. Like the rent here is less then a mortgage or something? Oh forgot america is set up to keep the poor poor even though a mortgage would be less then this rent...

I've lived here for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say. This is the best apartment complex you will find for the price in this area. They are very fast with maintenance requests, which isn't always the case elsewhere. They also do not regulate your heat in the winter, which I highly appreciate.

Good management, reasonable living, wonderful location and view from the towers. Affordable in terms of its downtown location and all the amenities you get.

🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. My son has paid well over a thousand dollars a month for rent here. He is moving, and the week before the move, found roaches in his apartment. Apparently they had had an issue MONTHS BEFORE, and failed to notify him. When my son saw the vermin in his kitchen, he alerted the people, and was reassured he had :no problem....haha. it is a problem when you find a live roach in the bedroom drawer. And he is paying close to $1,500 each month!!! Terrible management and sanitation.
