Junction Shop Lofts

Moved into these apts back in Sept 2023 and lived here for 2 years. For being downtown Worcester and the price we paid, it was liveable. The front staff was very helpful (Tabitha, Claudia, and Jackie). My main reason for giving this 4 stars is simply because of the front office staff. They did everything possible to resolve any issues we had, but there's only so much a person can do when the issue is out of their hands. The apartments themselves are definitely not for everyone. We would only recommend this place if you're looking for the following - downtown apt living, industrial deco (pipes, brick, brown walls, etc), patient and flexible, and you're self-sufficient. Lived here for about 14 months ending in October 2024. At that time I’d written the following review for myself and decided not to post it because I didn’t see the point. I was for whatever reason reminded of how little I cared for this place, so I’ve decided to share now. —- Every single review here above 1 star is patently lying to you. Absolutely no amount of kindness or responsiveness from the staff can make up for how absolutely garbage the living experience is here. The walls are paper thin. You will hear every word said by your neighbors. You will hear every single person walking in the halls. If you happen to have the misfortune of living below someone who enjoys stomping back and forth at all hours of the day and night you will get to experience the trio of joys that are a cons

This place sucks. it's genuinely bad and overpriced. All the reviews from years ago gave this place a bad rep? Yeah, It's still going on. Moved in on a rush, staff did what they could with what we were giving, our fault, no problem. The place is huge and really cool at first, moved in no problems. A few problems: maintenance, heating, dog park, and communication. Electricity is out of the word expensive, hitting 800 to try to heat the apt. Reason? These apartments are huge, take the largest building, you know, and it'll be bigger. Take the normal suburban house, you can fit 5 living rooms just in the main room of the apartment, and it is all height. Maintenance is doing his* best. Me and my roommate lived in the Junction shop lofts for two years. Absolutely loved my time here and I miss it. I never would have left if my job did not relocate. High ceilings, cozy aesthetics and an extremely kind and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!!

I toured this property with Jackie and that the place is very nice! Jackie was super informative and helpful. It was amazing to see the gym, game room , indoor basketball court, and cinema. The amount of amenities is really impressive! Jackie mentioned throughout the tour that they do their best to keep their residence secure. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful and safe place to live in Worcester!
