Junction Ridge Apartments

I lived at Junction Ridge for a little over 4 years, and I was very sad to leave. The apartments are very nice and the complex is maintained and kept in great shape. The property manager, Beatriz, is amazing and very helpful. She does a fantastic job keeping everyone happy and even did her best to help me find someone to take over my apartment when I had to leave for mid-lease for a job. The maintenance crew also does an excellent job - the two times that one of my appliances failed, I had a brand new one installed the next day, and smaller concerns are handled just as well.

I lived here for over a decade and found Junction Ridge to be an excellent choice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it’s easy access to the Beltline, grocery shopping is across the street, and there is a lot to do on the far west side of Madison. Plus, the grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of green space nearby to allow one to escape the hustle and bustle. I have no hesitation recommending Junction Ridge. It was a great place to live.

Very well kept apartment community. Beatriz, the property manager, is amazing and does a great job managing the units and keeping everyone happy. The grounds are nicely manicured and Beatriz makes sure each unit is kept up to high standards. The community is surrounded by University owned farmland so it is a very peaceful setting. Great place to live.

I have lived here 3 years, my husband 5. We have never had an issue. Maintenance requests are always addressed within 24hrs. The grounds are kept well, they plow the snow early in the morning so when I leave for work at 6:30 it's already either done or being worked on. The apartments are great quality, everybody is quiet, the location is excellent. I haven't had a single complaint.

Great apartment, location, community, neighbors (no noise, very quiet), and overall management team. Emma is an awesome property manager / very hard-working. If you're looking for a place to live, I'd recommend.
