Junction Crossing Apartments

I moved out in March 2025 and left my apartment in clean, well-maintained condition, including all appliances, with no trash or damage. I lived in this community for five years and experienced three different property management teams during that time. My rent and utilities were always paid on time. Despite this, the current management is attempting to charge me additional cleaning fees and utilities. I paid the prorated balance listed on my final statement, and I fulfilled all move-out requirements. It is not the tenant’s responsibility to prepare the unit for the next occupant. I left the apartment clean per the community’s move-out guidelines. I’ve been here a little while now, and honestly, this has been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The complex is clean, quiet, and feels well taken care of. Maintenance actually responds pretty quickly, and the office staff are friendly, they actually try to help when something comes up. Parking is easy, and I’ve never had issues finding a spot near my building. The area itself feels safe, and I like that it’s close to everything I need, food, gas, gym, etc. Inside, the apartment looks just as good as it did on the tour. The appliances work great, and are in good condition. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located — everything from the amenities to the atmosphere makes it feel like home. A huge shoutout to Itzel Aguilar for going above and beyond! She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with maintenance requests, or helping through the leasing process, Itzel makes everything smooth and stress-free. I’m not sure that I would necessary recommend living here. I lived in this complex for a year under a different management and it was amazing. Then two years later I came back and I cannot say I had the same experience. This complex does not take noise complaints seriously. I had made countless noise complaints about a noisy neighbor that would wake me up almost every single night in the middle of the night, and the most they do is send a “lease violation” and then nothing comes of it. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious as well. If you come home any later than 8pm you’re basically screwed for parking and either left to park on the street or in the neighborhood down the road, which is unacceptable in my eyes. Living in this apartment community has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that the management and staff lack professionalism, organization, and even the basic training needed to run an apartment complex. When we first got the apartment, it was completely dirty. There was a dead cockroach sitting inside one of the kitchen cabinets, which was disgusting and honestly should have been a red flag from the start.
