My favorite experience at an apartment. The apartments themselves are beautifully renovated while maintaining some of the amazing pieces of history, such as the tub and windows. They are constantly maintaining the property, painting the hallways, stairs, grounds, etc. The workout room is always clean, as well as the hallways vacuumed and community washers and dryers sanitized. Mordechai and Nick (front office) always helped us, and the maintenance was on top of things and friendly. When our hot water heater was lacking, they did a full investigation into how the system was working and ended up ordering and installing a whole new one. Also, when our AC went out in the summer, it was fixed in just a few hours. Maintenance usually had things done while we were away at work, and we would come
