I have tried to reach Julia about two properties over the duration of several months, via email, website and phone, and have never gotten a response. I once managed to luckily have her answer the phone...then never received the documents she said she'd send me. It seems from the other reviews she's great so maybe she's having a hard time or is overextended. Unfortunately that resulted in our dissatisfaction. I still think about that certain plot of land I wanted to buy.
