How do you define the word relationship? The Oxford Dictionary defines relationship as the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected. While informative, that definition does not explain how relationships are created, maintained, or strengthened. At their core, relationships are shaped by actions over time and by whether those actions build confidence. As a property owner, confidence matters. I need to know that the people responsible for my property are attentive, communicative, and steady in their execution. I have worked with Judge Realty for more than a decade. Over that time, I have learned that a strong property management relationship is less about transactions and more about trust, responsiveness, and shared responsibility.

Judge has managed my property going on two years. Their team has overall been professional and a pleasure to work with. Alexis specifically has done a phenomenal job performing quarterly inspections and providing prompt communication and recommendations on current and potential issues as well as recommended courses of action. I plan on sticking with Judge for the foreseeable future.
