This apartment complex could be very nice if it were properly maintained. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst rental experience we’ve had in Jacksonville. When we moved in, the apartment was not in good condition in terms of cleanliness. The previous tenant had a pet, and fur was everywhere. There were also numerous scratches on the floor, and the walls had been patched up with different paint colors — issues that were hard to notice during the initial tour. During our time living here, we observed that management does not care about cleaning or general upkeep. The common areas were consistently dirty. I’m a disabled veteran that uses a rollator to get around. I got a garage added onto my lease as there are only two handicap parking places by my building making always impossible to park. However people are able to park in front of your garage and you’ll not be able to tow it away thanks to property management. Anyone who’s handicap or disabled I highly don’t recommend this apartment complex as there are friendly and more helpful complex in the area. A good few of recommend you check out Olympus or Lost Lake up the street.

I lived here for two years. It is definitely two distinct experiences. During the first year, we lived in the 8000 building, and the experience was fairly pleasant. During the second year, we lived in the 4000 building. We were subjected to harassment by our downstairs neighbor from the night we moved in, official complaints from the management prompted by those neighbors, and an absolutely horrible cockroach infestation. I can not recommend this apartment complex.

Today Friday, December 19th at 10:45pm-10:55pm. Just trying to get a parking spot and a guy left a gray Honda civic parked exactly in the way of the roundabout at the entrance of the apartments. He didn’t carry any type of delivery so there’s no excuse cause he has taken a long amount of time, still now 11:16pm inside the apartment. I wasn’t able to park in the spot that was empty. At that time at 10:45pm the security car went towards the back of the apartments and didn’t even pass the whole parking section and left. The staff and security should do better.
