It genuinely feels like once they have your money, all your emails and calls go into a black hole. Building has incredibly poor sound insulation, as I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor’s kids make - to the point where it shakes my apartment whenever they’re running or playing around. Definitely not renewing my lease when the time comes and will be advising all my friends and colleagues to stay away from any building that this management company owns.

Living 20 years in their building and having raised 2 children in this building has been a blessing. JRC manages to always keep their building clean. It is a pleasure to come home from a hard days work and walk into a nice clean building that’s surrounded by beautiful flowers and birds singing all round this building. Feeling blessed 100%!

This management company has been nothing but great from day one. I’ve been with them since 2017. The prices are fair and they keep their buildings immaculate. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with immediately and professionally. I was able to upgrade to a larger unit in my building with ease. I adore my super and always feel like I’m in solid, competent hands.

False advisement: it say it cover water and heat, they do not provide heat, super decide when he want to open the heat outside can be negative degree still no heat, called the companies they let the super Eduardo know, still no heat. Why? Because he is friend with the owner Richie. Called 311 to file a complaint HPD checked and they open the heat and close it after they left. You’re paying rent to freeze to death. Do yourself a flavor find another place beside the flushing Roosevelt one that is owe by JRC management. You will save yourself to the trip to the doctor and the cost. Do you want to pay someone to freeze you to death when other places are probably cheaper and actually open the heat? File what hundreds time about heat, do I still get heat? So I already had been writing review for google review- yield - bbb because everyone need to know to be careful with this property management! If you check yield you will know they are con artist and a fraud! Horrible customer service they aren’t even customer service. Please read yield review before renting this place! JRC management should be illegal and held punishments for their actions. I’m not the only one complaints and write bad reviews about JRC. A lot of stuff I have experienced- a lot of other have the same issues! Read before renting or else you regret it! CON ARTIST ALERT!!!
