JPM South Development

JPM is the developer for my new neighborhood in Wake Forest, NC. When we built our home 5 years ago, there were areas on neighborhood plan map designated as green spaces and a large area for mixed commercial....we were told it would be a neighborhood bar/ restaurant. At some point, JPM decided to squeeze about 150 + townhomes into the area designated mixed commercial . This added a lot of people to our already overcrowded pool. Now, JPM is working with Wake Forest to shoehorn 35 or 37 additional townhomes into a tiny strip on woods that was clearly marked green space when we built. If you are looking to build a home in a JPM South development, do not trust anything they promise as far as green space, they will fill every green space you have right before they move on to next neighborhood.

Very dishonest developer. Land around neighborhood and communities that are original designated as green space or limited commercial use will just be another opportunity to pull a switcharoo and throw up 24 condos in an area that is already jammed. Such a shame
