The company it self is lovely and fine. If you’re looking for honesty and decent communication, maybe look elsewhere or request someone who’s not Mr. Mills as a realtor. He is a bit more judgmental than my taste desires but maybe he’s just not used to varying clientele.

Had the pleasure of working with Solomon as we bought our first home. Truth be told, I do not know how we would’ve done it had we not had somebody like him guiding us the entire way. He made the entire process super easy to understand, communicated with us whenever we had questions, and pushed back for us when need be. He cares about his clients and always gives 110% for them. I cannot wait to refer him to friends who are in the market. I HIGHLY recommend working with him if given the opportunity.

Picked this realty to take advantage of VACU Membership, but had to find listing from private sites, figure out market value myself, agent couldnt write offer even i have legit numbers, failed in notifying that i have gas line to transfer over. So, had to inspect and close deal without heater working. it was nightmare and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. LOL it was good learning experience though!

Sarah and BJ worked so super hard for us, got us through an arduous property purchase with flying colors! I am so thankful to have them on my team, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you Sarah and BJ, you guys rock!!!!!!
