However, Jovio made my second house sale seamless. I like the set up of specialization and I like the CEO Devin's professionalism and confidence. I really feel that he was trying to get the best deal for us and wanted to sell this house at a great price as how he wanted to sell his own house. We got three offers in the first day on the market thanks to a lot of good advice from Devin including the decoration/staging/timing/pricing and then he helped us negotiate a few better offers in the next two days. After three days, we got 7 offers in hand and the offer we chose was way more than we expected

The online platform they use is very easy to understand and I wish more realtors used this model.
