This property is shady and untrustworthy. My mother was a tenant there for 10+ years and I moved in with her a few years later. Due to my grandmother having medical emergencies we were not able to renew our lease there. My mom went in and spoke with Heather the Manager and told her the situation. She verbally agreed we wouldn't aquire any fees. Even still we told them to keep the deposit and we would write a great review for them because they were doing this for us. Heather even gave our new complex a stellar review for us. 8 months later with no email or notification they sent a fee to collections that hit our credit. My credit went down 71 points. I will never recommend anyone to live there again and this is not the first time they have done this! I have heard from multiple other sources

First off let me start by saying I lived in this complex for over 10 years I've seen a lot of managers come and go I always had the utmost respect for the most recent manager Heather I thought she was a person of integrity and a person of her word as I am a person of my word but unfortunately that's not the case. My lease was up on January 31st of 2025 I have an elderly mother and was unfortunately unable to renew the lease I went in to speak with Heather explain my situation she was very understanding and told me it was no problem. I told her she could keep my deposit and I asked her to please give me a review to my new location which she gladly did a five-star review I might add. I was an old occupant and the property manager Heather said we were the perfect residents and never gave them any problems and our rent was always on time. We left the property back in 8/23 and came back in 7/25. She also saw that we applied for an upstairs apartment and ask why when she knew I had a bad hip and was trying to get us in a bottom apartment to accommodate me but none were available so we took the upstairs and I have learned to adapt to it. Also when we had a maintenance issue they were on top of it being fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Jovanna Villas for accepting my family back. Rochelle #2004

Jovanna villas has so far been the perfect home for my family. Heather and Patricia have been absolutely amazing ever since we moved here in July. They really make you feel like you are at home. Thank you ladies for doing such an amazing job. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Can't go wrong with coming to jovanna villas and making them your new home.

Very moder, very cleans and very quiet place to live. Management is great and very responsive to any issues. I highly recommend this place. We love our cute little home! My husband and I are very happy!
