Joshua House Apartments

I am living more then 2 years and happy with everything else maintence is good whatever l had problem they fixed or replaced including dishwasher and etc. Clean everywhere, no mouse as people said. Parking not bad, No problem with gas or electricity. l see some people complined about Managment but you gotta understand they are only one who has to manage all tennants, if you are polite not rude when you request they are good all the time from my expreince.Keep it up guys

Not a bad place to live besides this trash and furniture that's been accumulating in the back parking lot since August. Be prepared to dodge the raccoons, possums, skunks, and cats when walking by. Leasing office knows of the problem and has done nothing! Talked to a maintenance worker who said it's not their problem. Smh!

I recently had a tour and had a fantastic experience. The leasing agent Carlos was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough tour of the amenities and available units. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels very secure. I was especially impressed with the modern finishes in the apartments and the thoughtful layout of the floor plans. The community areas — like the gym.Highly recommend checking it out if you're apartment hunting!

Don from maintenance helped out with repairs on my bathroom. He made sure to keep coming to finish the work even though it took a few times. I appreciate his efforts.

This property is a great location and has easy access to various key routes. I had a great experience while making inquiries. The staff are great! The one young lady Cecelia went out of her way to provide assistance and provided a great experience. Cecelia was awesome! Thank you very much leasing and property management staff at the Joshua house.
