Josh’s service was unacceptable. He quoted a 6.5% rate with roughly $5,000 in points when the market par rate was about 6.1% with no points. That’s a serious overcharge and shows either poor knowledge or bad faith. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
He frequently makes commitments but consistently fails to fulfill them, often taking months to finalize a loan. Communication is severely lacking, as he fails to provide updates. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend his services.
