Terrible landowners, very long time on repairs and incompetent with sending the security deposit back. One of our showers was broken for the better part of two months. The towel holder thing broke around 7 months ago we sent a maintenance request and we are moving out with it still being broken. About two weeks to get them to repair the AC in summer (apartment was at 83°+). If you want any maintenance to actually get done you have to submit a maintenance request through the portal, email them, text the owners, and continue emailing them repeatedly. The only pro was that it was fairly cheap for what it is.

The landlords have repeatedly been nonresponsive for weeks on issues like AC repair, dryer repair, and other things that should require at most a day or two to fix.
