Jonesboro Luxury Rentals

I might be a little bias, but 10/10 recommend it here! I lived within JLR for 2 years prior to working, so if that isn’t a testimony in its self, idk what is. Such a great place to be and people to be around. What a lovely community, and the neighbors are great!

I’ve lived at Jonesboro Luxury Rentals for a little over six months, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are truly outstanding, they’re friendly, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to support their residents! They have so many amenities, there is something for everyone! I also love the convenience of their resident app, which makes it easy to submit maintenance requests where updates are provided as needed, pay rent, and access lease information in one place.

Very courteous and professional staff.Any problems that require maintenance are addressed immediately.Both maintenance and ladies in the office are always eager to help with any concerns that you may have.Apartments are safe and a great place to live.They set the example for all other companies to follow!!!

We had a aweful experience here. We scheduled a time to view Brookland luxury rentals and Ashlee Betts did the showing. She was 45 min late to show us the house. All she did was say she was late because she had to mess with an 80 year old man...that couldn't do anything. Then she asked us if we wanted to fill out an app. We went to the office and as we were filling an app out, she stayed on the phone with someone evidently complaining about how bad there experience was. She hung up and told us we had to hurry up and finish. I then asked her if I could use her restroom before we left...she said she really didn't have time. I said ok, she then said "well go ahead.
