I have just been approved for an apartment with Jones & Jones Communities. The property is well maintained and the apartment looks nice. Brian Rush, leasing agent, was amazing. Brian helped my roommate and I every step of the way, even helping us conquer the new online application system. Brian was also very responsive to communication. He made an excellent impression through the entire process. Thank you, Brian, for everything you do.

Brian Bush, the Gloria Homes Communities Assistant Manager, is a real life super hero! I despise AI! All of the communications over the last 2 weeks from various management groups via AI are truly unacceptable.. I am not necessarily praising J&J's AI. However, Brian has made time to answer all of our questions. Brian has given us a direct cell phone number to meet all of our rental desires. He's been available to show us all of J&J's available properties and units. He has been honest and forthcoming in our rental process. He has worked with us to negotiate and secure our new home. We're grateful for all of his assistance. We have submitted our applications. Whether we move into John Manor Apartments or not, we are thankful for the above and beyond service that has been provided.

Hello: I have been very patient with Jones and Jones. They take no accountability and lack communication with renters. I have emailed several times about a problem, left 2 detailed voice messages at corporate. I placed a Yelp review earlier this week and was told to call corporate. I got no help for the 4th time talking to someone there. It’s very frustrating. I need to talk to a regional manager, if only I could get someone to forward my messages to them. I love where I live, but I need to solve a problem. Can someone please help me? T. Brenner, Gloria Homes resident

Never Never sign a lease with this damn company The worst service and company you would deal They have an application that will take you 5-7 hours to fill out. They ask for so many records but in return, they have the worst support. I moved in Oct0/1/25 and since then I was not able to use the washer and dryer Both were dysfunctional, after following several times, finally the maintenance guy along with some one else supposedly from the manager to check the problems. They realized the washer doesn’t function properly and need replacement and supposedly the maintenance guy fixed the dryer, but useless since I can’t use it, as long as I don’t have the washer. They said. They have to replace the washer and so far I haven’t received the washer yet, I have so much laundry to do accumulated sin

If I didn't have to leave at least one star they would have received no stars. I have never been so annoyed and disappointed with a company in my life. I recently live at their Woodlake Manor Apartment in Los Angeles and while the apartment itself was not bad dealing with this company after moving out has been my worst nightmare. First off they never came to do the walk through with me before I moved out like they were suppose to so I could attempt to fix some of the things I was later charged for. Let me just say the final charges I received were beyond outrageous. I only lived at the apartment for 8 months and was rarely home so my apartment was pretty much in the exact condition it was in when I moved in yet I lost all $600 of my deposit and I STILL owe them money. They charged me $380
