Not recommending JJ Jones broker! Ethic is not really a priority for her. She will accept your offers on behalf of the seller and then never return your offer signed as meantime she is using it to get better offer and come back couple of hours later to tell you she got better offer! Off course she does all communications by phone to leave no trace of her fraudulent practice! Ms Jones, in case you do not know what I am referring to, please look up my name with the offer you received and discussed lately...

I would avoid this company at all cost, at least as long as Marlissa G is still a consultant here. She was the Sellers agent in the home we purchased in 2022. Knowing we were selling our home in New England and buying in Cape Coral on the same day as we packed up to travel down (I know, stupid) she all but REFUSED to allow our realtor to do a final walk through. When we finally did manage to gain access, many items that were negotiated were NOT repaired. Knowing we could not walk away, her response was basically take it or leave it. She is as unethical as they come. You would think it would be smart to put in a complaint with the amassed emails of her dirty underhanded dealings, right? Too bad she's the PRESIDENT of the RPCRA! I would avoid this business and her at all cost.

No, they will lie and steal your security deposit. I had to fight over two months to get something back to us. We left the house in way better condition than what was given to us. They don’t fix anything in homes, holes in front door, out dated appliances, no cleaning , no painting but lie and steal your money. Worst ever and no communication at all.

Stay away from JJ Jones broker! She plays unethically with offers. She negotiates and accepts offers vocally while disclosing content to others to get better ones and finally tells you couple of hours after that seller change his mind for a stronger offer when yours was vocally accepted earlier as being the strongest! I am definitely filling a complaint with Florida Realtor Association about her. She will probably reply that she does not recognize the transaction I am talking about like she answered other complains see about her on internet!

Landlords beware!! I had such a horrible experience with JJ’s Jones and Co. I have listed out some of the issues as follows: *Poor communication and customer service *Non-responsive to client’s emails/phone calls *Failed to fulfill their duties as the property managers *Ignored tenant’s requests and messages *Provided inaccurate data and advice leading to under market rent *Did not inspect the property regularly as per the contract When I had enough of their poor service, I requested to cancel the contract.
