Awful experience leasing with this company the past two years. Be warned any issue will take weeks of calling to get someone scheduled to fix it - and then they wont come. We had multiple serious structural problems happen as a result of negligent maintenance - and the repairs took over a month (when they finally got started). I have attached photos of the condition they left our apartment in and still expected full rent with an aggressive attitude. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY! They are not worth your time, money or energy.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Not only did they consistently overcharge but they also failed to follow through on basic service requests. At one point, fungus was literally growing through the ceiling, and despite repeated complaints, management ignored the issue. The heater was so loud it caused headaches yet nothing was ever done. WORST OF ALL, when it came time to move out, they refused to return the security deposit and came up with bogus, unjustified reasons to keep it and took terrible bad lighting pictures to justify it which they only showed to us after nearly a year after moving out after we complained to the BBB. They basically used my security deposit to pay for their general wear fixes while trying to gaslight me.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We had a hole in our floor because a pipe burst and they still expected FULL rent and left the hole in the floor open for over a month, which lead to stress and injury. They are thieves, they emailed us saying we hadn’t paid rent and said they would take legal action unless we paid (we were up to date on payments and I sent them receipts saying so, they still expected us to pay $6,000+ for the shittiest apartment in the acropolis.) They are rude, do little to no communicating with their tenants, have never once solved a problem, let mold grow in the apartment for MONTHS. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT! Listen to the other reviews, they are telling the truth!

I Currently Live In One Of There Apartments.. When You Call To Get Something Fix They Get Very Aggressive And Rude , Veryyyy Dismissive… The Lady That Answers The Phone Needs To Learn How To Speak To People! #SLUMLORDS Just want to take your money and don’t fix not even transfer you into a different apartment! Unresponsive and disrespectful. They remove original architecture for no reason and replace it (poorly) with industrial, mass produced fixtures. I’ve had a horrible mouse problem for over a year and have alerted management to no avail. They don’t seem to be concerned with the actual experience of living here and will agree to something and never follow through. Major lack of respect for tenants.
