Hello everyone looking into renting at this location. Attached is their Applicant Agreement and Qualifying Criteria. No where in their agreement I signed, states that I am not allowed to do this. I expanded the income section as that is my focus. I specifically states that all we need to provide is that last 60 days of paystubs. It states that we must provide bank statements If WE ARE SELF EMPLOYED, which we are not. We got denied because I use daily pay and even though they can see the last 60 days of pay stubs, meeting the requirements they set forth. Some of our pay goes from work to dailypay and then to her bank account where you can see activity. For those who do not know, if you use dailypay, it will show up as Wells Fargo NA on the paystubs since that is who they are partner

It's a very peaceful place to live. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, maintenence is good and they take care of any issues quickly. I'm very comfortable living here.

This apartment complex is horrible. They denied my application because I use daily pay. If you are not aware daily pay shows up as wells fargo on the bank statements, however, the people who work for this company do not seem to understand that in the slightest. Avoid the headache and find somewhere better to go.

Edit again: notified 2 months before end of lease to be informed that rent was increasing, which really leaves no room to decide to move. And after all of the issues I’ve had, you’d think they would be a bit more considerate. The second bathtub water is brown when it first comes out. & starts to cause the bathroom to smell. A scent similar to urine. Found out that the gym also closes at 5, so can never utilize it. Learned that pool closes early due to prior vandalism by people that were not residents. (Understandable to an extent). Again, definitely not worth a rent increase. Edit because I can’t see how to leave another review. My “heat” blows out cool, unless it’s set to 76!! Which is not normal! And has increased my electricity bill! Maintenance has came twice & says there’s nothing

I lived here for about 3 years. I had nothing but problems with the apartment. Flooding, bugs, which I had to empty my cabinets twice for them to spray, and many major replacements including the hot water heater which is housed in a closet in the bedroom with the AC unit which is VERY loud. Black mold everywhere until I had them come paint it. It will come back. Toilet had to be replaced as well as many other things, faucets in both kitchen and bathroom and light fixture in bathroom. I could go on and on. The staff when in moved in during COVID was very nice. After they left, we were stuck with very rude office staff, Stacy being the worst. They all act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. The only nice people were the maintenance team. Good riddance.
