I was in Utah for an internship, which got cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to abruptly fly home and was unable to make it back before my lease was up because of how unsafe it was to fly. This business still had the audacity to charge me a pricey “deep cleaning” fee, knowing full well that I was not able to clean, again, on account of a global crisis. If you like your money and would like to retain your faith in humanity, do not do business with this company.

Evelyn Johnson wears a coat made of Dalmatian fur. She is one of the most cruel and vindictive people you will ever encounter. Not only that, she is dishonest to the bone. The sad thing is, she is in my ward at church and I know she has a temple recommend...and could not be more dishonest with her fellow human beings. She is the epitome of hypocrisy and if there is any doubt, read on with these reviews. Never do business with this woman or her crooked company. BE YE WARNED.

These units are very comfortable for a small family in comparison to what you can find in Provo. The landlords are good about maintenance and upkeep of the property. However Evelyn lacks all humanity and is beyond greedy. She does not care what your personal circumstances are are is not willing to negotiate ANYTHING. I have seen her evict tenants in the middle of a divorce, people with health problems, veterans and she flat out has said she will NOT approve anyone if she sees something as minor as a swear word on their facebook page. Like I said the units are great, but if you are going to consider living there consider this your warning, Evelyn is NOT a nice person, she does not care what you are going through so be very careful before getting into any legal agreement with Johnson Realty.

The apartment was nice, but this rating is for the people at Johnson Realty itself. They were helpful during our stay, but I had a few problems when we were leaving. Evelyn and Rand are probably a nice couple, but they are greedy businessmen. Be warned that they don't like to give deposit money back. We had heard from other renters that they didn't receive any of their deposit back, so I called and asked what I could do to get mine back. They said to make sure it was clean, and repair anything beyond "normal wear and tear" (which landlords can't charge for). That place was spotless and in better repair than when we arrived. But they charged us $30 for not moving the refrigerator and oven to clean underneath them. The real reason I'm upset is one other thing they did (which is illegal). T

After living in apartments rain by Johnson Reality. Evelyn Johnson is the worst person to deal with. Seems to be super highstrung. She not classy at all. Swears and through a fits when you try to talk and not professional at all. I would rather work with anyone else at these place but her. But to bad she owns it. Renters BEWARE!!
