I’ve had a handful of property managers, and this is the best I’ve had. They are prompt and professional. I had a phone call from them today, and, surprisingly, all they needed was to see how I was settling in and if there was anything they could do to help. Monica was friendly and helpful and I could tell by the sound of her voice she really did just want to help. If I had property that needed maintaining, these are definitely the people I’d hire to do that. As a tenant, it’s nice to know there’s an efficient team waiting to help if the need arises. I really love my home with Johnson Property Management. They have really nice places, great ways to pay rent with a way to increase your credit score built into paying your monthly rent, they have options after your lease is up to buy a home, their line of communication is streamlined and very user friendly, and the couple maintenance issues that I've had were taken care of quite promptly and very professionally. They were also the most cost- efficient being the best deal amenity and square footage wise that I could find on the market. I'm super happy and deeply grateful to have been connected with Johnson Property Management.

Pretty impressed with the company so far!! Moved into a really nice, cared for apartment for a VERY nice rent price 3 weeks ago. Challis was wonderful to work with getting us in. Evan was great showing us around when we received the keys. Angie and Andrew are on top of making sure everything is running smoothly and are prompt with their responses. $45/mo fee instead of a $1500 deposit is INCREDIBLE. So far, so great! We haven't yet rented a house through JPM yet, but Monica was fantastic in answering our questions patiently and giving us the information we needed in the application process. We are grateful.

I'm still going through the process of applying, but they have been incredibly helpful. Their agent, Monica, has been so kind and polite, and has checked in on us regularly as we search for our new home. The apartment we saw was clean and so well maintained. I highly recommend JPM.
