I normally don’t leave comments on companies as we all who work with the public have days that aren’t so good. However, this has been the most unprofessional rental company I’ve ever had to encounter. My most recent incident is my toilet has been out for over a week. The request was submitted and I received no response so I text the number and I received a text stating “ my request has been resubmitted”. That’s is fine, however I called that because I stop have been contacted by contractors to correct this issue. I spoke with Tammy who handles maintenance requests and I wanted to know the turn around on the the request as this is an emergency. Tammy proceeded to tell me the contractors will contact me we they can. I then stated, that’s not my question ( as she blows in the phone) my quest

Worst property management I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Ancient website straight from the '90s, no modern payment methods available (have to deliver a check to Fredericksburg from a property in Stafford??), horrible and rude staff, and everything is about their profits. Mouse droppings found shortly after move-in... they finally sent a pest control professional after TWO formal maintenance requests. He agreed it was not a good situation and the entire attic crawlspace insulation was "saturated" with stuff and should be replaced. He left bait traps and said they would schedule a return visit in a couple of months. It NEVER happened. We followed all the move-out procedures to the letter and supplied receipts for professional cleaning and steam extraction carpet cleaning,

This is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with – avoid them at all costs! Before moving out, I was told I needed to get the carpets cleaned and do a flea treatment, which I did, but they still charged me $375 for cleaning and $125 for the flea treatment. They also charged nearly $200 for “excessive wear and tear on the walls,” yet when I reported peeling and falling ceiling tiles in one of the bathrooms, they said it was “cosmetic” and refused to fix it, unfairly shifting the responsibility to me. I was charged $75 for “replacing stove pans” that had clearly been there for years, with nothing in the lease or checkout list mentioning this as my responsibility. They also hit me with $145 for trimming shrubs and pulling weeds that were fine when I left, and $45 for mowing a tiny 10’x10
